Shyan received her Bachelor of Psychological Sciences from La Trobe University, her Graduate Diploma in Professional Psychology from Monash University, and her Master of Psychology (Clinical) from Bond University. She is currently registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. She is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. She has been serving on the Gold Coast Australian Psychological Society Board for the past 2 years.


Shyan is passionate about improving psychological wellbeing and standard of living for individuals across cultures and age range (children to older adults) by encouraging individuals to continuously develop and improve their positive coping and problem-solving skills. She also strongly believes in using an eclectic approach so as to create a comfortable environment and cater to individualized needs.
