EAP programs can assist employees experiencing challenges with: stress, anxiety, workplace conflicts, grief assistance, financial concerns, legal issues, alcohol or drug problems, marital problems, illness of a family member, emotional worries, child care problems, etc
How much you invest in your staff’s wellbeing through an EAP Program is determined by you. You can offer a predetermined number of counselling referral sessions, typically three per effected employee, at no cost to the employee to fully assess their issues/challenges before recommending a resource, therapist, or service to the employee.
