Jill — Psychologist
Jill is a warm and compassionate registered Psychologist. Jill has experience in private practice, Disability employment services, and University psychology clinics. Her experience includes providing individual and group therapy to people presenting with a range of challenges including, depression, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, co-morbid physical conditions, relationship difficulties, unemployment, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and chronic pain. Jill has a particular interest in supporting and treating adults experiencing anxiety and trauma-related stress. She has completed Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) Level 1 training and uses this in her practice. Jill also uses Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness therapies to best meet the needs of her clients.
