Mitch received his Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness from The Southbank Institute of Technology in 2013. He has 6 years experience working in the health and fitness industry, he is a current 3rd year student of Bachelor of Psychological Science and Exercise Science at Griffith University. Mitch has a background in working with all age groups from younger aged children to adults. 

He can assist with the personalisation and implementation of exercise programs and musculoskeletal therapies to assist in the development of areas such as:

  • Fine and gross motor coordination 
  • Balance 
  • Core strengthening and stability 
  • Flexibility 
  • Endurance 
  • Muscle Tone

Outside of work Mitch enjoys going camping with his dog (Casper) and spending time outdoors with his partner and her 2 kids!
