Moira is a Psychologist and received her Bachelor of Psychology, and Master of Education endorsed in Child and Family Psychology at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.

Moira has enjoyed working with participants on the NDIS and people who have presented with a range of mild-severe mental health issues and some of her interest areas include:

Moira is passionate about helping people lead satisfying and fulfilling lives;
and aims to create positive change using a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, addressing thinking styles and patterns of behaviour that are impacting emotions. In addition, Moira draws on a range of relaxation and mindfulness-based techniques; and works from a holistic perspective believing that optimal happiness and wellbeing involves the combination of both mental and physical health.

When Moira is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and soaking up the sun at the beach.
